FireMed Program

FIREMED OPEN ENROLLMENT IS OPEN

Open enrollment is from October 1 – December 31

All FireMed members as of August 2019 were mailed a letter. To view a copy of this letter, please click HERE. After payment and application during the enrollment process have been made, a receipt will be emailed to you. Please keep this receipt for your records as proof of enrollment. Membership cards are no longer being issued. Membership cards are available for purchase of $25 at Canby Fire.

LifeFlight Network still offers air memberships separate from Canby’s FireMed. Please contact LifeFlight Network at (800) 982-9299 for more information.
